Texmexgas may transfer the personal data contained in its databases to any of its controlling companies and/or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries and even to third parties, national or foreign, unless the respective owners expressly state their opposition, in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the law).


You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of personal data through a request submitted via email to ventas@texmexgas.com. All applications that are submitted must contain the following digitized documents:

• Include a clear and precise description of the personal data about which you will exercise the rights conferred by law, the name and autograph signature of the owner, as well as an email address or other means to communicate you the response to your request.
• Attach the official documents that prove the identity of the owner.
• Include any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data in question.

In the event that we do not obtain your express opposition for your personal data to be transferred in the manner and terms described above, we will understand that you have given your tacit consent to do so.
